Thank you for dining with HomeMealhub. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel an order within a reasonable timeframe and before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been made, unfortunately, a cancellation will not be possible.
Refund Policy – Food Orders
As our food is made-to-order, it may only be refundable under the following circumstances:
- If the food delivered is different from what was ordered.
- If the food is spoiled or damaged upon delivery.
- If you received your order in an unacceptable amount of time.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Non-Food Item Returns
For any non-food items purchased, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, and you will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item for a non-food return, or your complaint for a food item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Replacement
If you prefer a replacement over a refund, please let us know and we will arrange a replacement of the food item or the non-food product, subject to availability.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any non-food items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Changes to Refund Policy
HomeMealhub reserves the right to modify the refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
