'HomeMealhub started with a singular vision: introducing true Neapolitan pizza into Amsterdam. Established by the Bianchi kin in 1985, our small, family-oriented pizzeria began with recipes passed along for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza from her time in Italy, where she learned from renowned pizzaiolos of Naples, where pizza was born. Bringing her new expertise back to the UK, her ambition was to replicate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and the choicest ingredients.
Our journey began in a humble 12-seat restaurant and blossomed into a cherished establishment, with our devotion to excellence remaining unchanged. Techniques from our traditional wood-fired ovens, dough prepared fresh each day, and choice ingredients remain our standard.
Today, 'HomeMealhub is still operated by the family that founded it, with the Bianchis’ next generation leading our devoted crew. Though we've incorporated some recent innovations, our ethos hasn't changed: we make enchanting, genuine pizza to unite everyone around us.
